Call + Collect

To our Victorian customers - you may not be able to visit us in person for a Fit Check at the moment, however we are excited to allow you to Call + Collect your order! This service is currently available at the following locations:

Victoria, pick up weekdays, 10am - 2pm

Shoes & Sox Highpoint, Shoes & Sox Chadstone, Shoes & Sox Malvern, Shoes & Sox Doncaster, Shoes & Sox Camberwell, Shoes & Sox Knox, Shoes & Sox Southland, Shoes & Sox Fountain Gate, Shoes & Sox Eastland, Shoes & Sox Essendon (no pick up Friday the 13th).

Please note that is a collection service only, we are not currently offering fittings, but online orders may be returned for an exchange.

How does it work?

  • 1. Browse online

    Find the perfect products online. Click “In Store Availability” to see if your products are available at your selected location. Or book a free Digital Fit Appointment to allow a fit expert to help you find the perfect fit.

  • 2. Call the store

    Call the store to speak to a Fit Squad member. Phone numbers for each location are listed above, or you can find them here. Staffed hours are 10am - 2pm, weekdays. Should you call outside these hours, please leave a message and the team will call you back to finalise your transaction. During staffed hours, the team will confirm product availability and advise of a pick up time and location to process payment and collect your order.

  • 3. Collect your order

    Give the store a call upon arrival. We will meet at an agreed upon pick up point at the entry of our stores to hand over your order and accept contact-free payment. Please bring a piece of ID to verify your transaction, as well as a physical card for payment as our contact-free devices do not accept watch or mobile payments. You will receive a receipt and FBB card (where applicable) upon successful payment and collection of your order.



  • When can I place my Call + Collect order?

    Call + Collect orders can be placed via calling the appropriate store (listed above) during the advised hours. If you call outside of this time, please leave a voicemail message and your transaction will be finalised during the next business day.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    Upon collection of the order, our teams will offer payment by card on a contact-free, wireless EFTPOS machine. You will need to bring a physical card with you as our devices do not work with card-less devices like a watch or a phone. We are currently not accepting cash payment.

  • Am I able to have my child fitted during pick up?

    Unfortunately due to the high contact nature of fittings, to protect your health and that of our staff, we are currently not offering fittings in closed locations. We encourage you to try the shoes on at home, following our fitting advice here. If you're unsure, feel free to bring these back once stores open for a fitting service and a return/exchange.

  • Can I use the Call + Collect service for returns?

    Currently Call + Collect is only available for placing orders, and we are unable to offer fittings, but exchanges can be processed for online orders. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to contact our friendly Fit Squad team here.

  • What happens if the item I want to order is not available when I call the store?

    This may happen from time to time as we are working off live inventory numbers. The store team will be able to identify this when you phone them to place the order and will try and provide a solution.

  • When can I collect my Call + Collect order?

    Standard collection hours are 10am – 2pm, weekdays. The actual collection time will be agreed at order placement. Orders made need to be collected within 72 hours from placement or the stock will no longer be reserved.

  • What do I do when I arrive at the store to collect my order?

    Upon arrival at the store, please call the store’s phone number where all other details can be confirmed. The pick up point will be nearby to the entry of our stores.

  • Can I enter the store to pick up my order?

    Collection will be governed by centre circumstances and may be at our store shopfront (if agreed). As much as we would love you to come inside and offer more assistance, to preserve the safety of our teams, we are offering a low contact service currently.

  • Will I be provided with a receipt?

    Upon payment and collection, you will be provided with a receipt. FBB cards, if applicable, will be provided upon purchase.
