  • How should I prepare for my digital fitting?

    We strongly recommend browsing our website and determining which brands and styles you like so that you can ask specific questions about fit. Please also make note of the current size of your child’s shoes and how they’re fitting. Lastly, to help with the fit assessment, please measure your child using our Fit Chart or with a ruler as per instructions here.

  • Do I need to download anything?

    Our appointments are held through Zoom, so we recommend downloading this prior to your fitting. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be sent a link to join. Our fittings run to a strict schedule. To assist with the booking, we’d also suggest printing our Fit Chart to help our Fit Squad assess the fit.

  • Should I use my computer or mobile?

    This is completely up to you and your preferences. Often, our fitters will ask to see your child’s foot so mobile or tablet may be easiest in this regard. There may also be screen sharing to demonstrate recommended styles, so we suggest some familiarity with our website.

  • What if I don’t have a printer for the fit chart?

    That's completely fine. Our Fit Squad will run you through how to measure your child's foot using a ruler. Please come prepared with a piece of paper, pen and ruler. Please also note that we include fit charts with each online order to help you out with future purchases.

  • Should my child/children be present during the fitting?

    We would encourage them to be present. If you are not 100% sure on their measurement, please ensure they are around so that the Fit Squad member can check the fit during the appointment. As with an in-store fitting, this works best as a collaborative experience as our Fit Squad will be guiding you through options.

  • What happens when my fitting ends?

    Our Fit Squad will guide you through your purchase and can also help you to find in-store availability. If you’re not ready to make a purchase on the spot, we’d recommend adding the products to your cart or making note of the recommended styles and sizes for a later purchase.

  • How soon can I make my appointment?

    To allow time for our Fit Squad to prepare, appointments can be made a minimum of a day in advance.

  • Can the fitter help me with questions about my online order?

    Our Fit Squad can answer basic questions relating to online orders, but we ask that all online-related queries be directed to the digital experts at who will be better placed to answer your query. Average response time is 2 business days.

  • Will I be able to see product during the fitting?

    Our Fit Squad will be able to show some styles, but not everything that is available online. They are, however, familiar with our inventory so can provide fit tips on a comprehensive number of products.

  • Can I make a digital special needs fitting?

    Digital fittings allow children to be comfortable in their own environment, without sensory or environmental stressors. All of our Fit Squad members for digital fittings have undergone training through Aspect and are educated in Autism awareness and equipped with tools to foster effective communication. To do book this, simply select ‘digital fitting’ and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • What will you do with my details?

    We will use your details to provide you information about your digital fitting, send a reminder as your fitting approaches and to ask for feedback about your fitting experience. We do not use the details provided for pre-booked fittings for any marketing purposes.

  • What is your return policy for online orders?

    We offer refunds for returns on all full price items within 1 month of the date of purchase. On sale items, we offer a credit note within 1 week of the date of purchase. Click here for our full policy.
